Key Function & Compliance Officer
In Malta (Malta Gaming Authority – MGA) and the UK (UK Gambling Commission – UKGC), such individuals need to be approved and accepted by the regulator to perform such tasks.
At the Compliance Committee we have qualified and experienced professionals who can provide advisory services on any of the key functions, and can also be appointed to cover any of the roles. In addition we can also assume the responsibilities of a director, should the company decide to outsource.
